By booking services with ANKAH Solutions LLC, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our courier and/or cleaning services.

 
1. Services Provided:
 
ANKAH Solutions LLC offers:
  • Courier Services: Local delivery of documents, parcels, and goods.
  • Cleaning Services: Residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning as described during booking.
Service details, scope, and pricing will be clearly outlined before confirmation.
 
2. Booking and Payments:
 
  • All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with payment or deposit if required.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, etc.
  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 30% total service call fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
     
4. Refunds and Satisfaction:
 
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. If you're not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours, and we will work with you to make it right.
 
5. Access and Safety:
 
  • For cleaning services, you must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • For courier services, accurate addresses and clear delivery instructions must be provided.
  • We reserve the right to decline service in environments that are unsafe for our team.
     
6. Damages and Liability:
  • We take great care in handling your property and deliveries. However, we are not liable for:
    • Items not packed properly by the client
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure events
  • For cleaning, we are not responsible for damage resulting from poor surface condition or incorrect product use by others.
     
7. Client Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide accurate service details and special instructions at booking.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service.
  • Be respectful to staff; abuse or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
     
8. Intellectual Property:
 
All logos, branding, content, and materials used on our website or promotional materials are property of ANKAH Solutions LLC and may not be used without permission.
 
9. Privacy:
 
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
 
10. Changes to Terms:
 
ANKAH Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
