Refund Policy

We take pride in providing reliable courier and professional cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver exceptional service every time.
Service Refunds: Because our services are labor- and time-based, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of service received, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, service credit, or a re-service at our discretion.

Missed or Canceled AppointmentsCustomer Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30%.
No Shows: If our team arrives and cannot access the service location, or if the customer is not available, a service call fee may be charged.
